Job Description

What to Expect We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Specialist to join our in-house Legal Team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on establishing and managing employment-based immigration processes, with a primary emphasis on PERM labor certification for green card sponsorship and a wide range of non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.). The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced corporate environment, possesses deep expertise in business immigration, and is dedicated to supporting talent acquisition and retention through efficient and compliant immigration solutions. What You'll Do Analyze and optimize the existing PERM lifecycle to increase efficiency while ensuring full compliance Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and external vendors on PERM processes and non-immigrant visa cases Track and manage timelines for PERM filings, I-140 petitions, and Adjustment of Status (AOS) or consular processing Oversee visa maintenance, including timely extensions, amendments, and change of status filings Optimize internal systems to automate immigration processes where feasible Advise internal stakeholders on visa eligibility, travel risks, and compliance requirements Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless case handling What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on business immigration paralegal experience with a focus on high-volume PERM labor certification and
H-1B/L-1
