Job Description

Very busy ENT office located in the Dallas area, is looking for someone who is punctual and very detailed oriented. You must be able to multitask. You must have experience with insurance verification, check-in and check-out. Know the difference between co-pay, co-insurance, deductibles, and MOP. You must have experience in posting charges and collecting money. You must know how to verify insurance, understand benefits, multiply, and divide numbers. Be able to work up a surgery quote and be able to discuss it with the patients. Your appearance and actions must be always professional. Your office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Depends on experience.
