About The Role:
The Guest Services Associate provides all guests with exceptional hospitality while finalizing their sales order.
Reports To:
Management and Office Lead Essential Functions:
Finalizes orders in a friendly and efficient mannerProvides all guests with an IT Guest ExperienceCompletes daily audits and Office ChecklistAssist guests with any questions on orders or accountsAnswers incoming calls and directs to the appropriate person/departmentResponsible for opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a customer service environmentCash handling experienceExcellent written and verbal communication.

Supervisory Responsibility:
None.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a retail showroom environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets and other office equipment.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may stand and/or walk up to 6-7 hours in an 8-hour workday. Expected Hours of Work:
This position requires at least 40 hours per week as a part of a standard retail schedule. To include evenings, weekends and holidays.
