What You'll Do Confidently share nutrition knowledge, guiding customers to meal selections that align with their individual objectives Consistently provide energetic, precise, and intentional customer service, ensuring every interaction is exceptional Engage with customers to understand their fitness regimens, ambitions, and obstacles, providing ongoing support and encouragement Manage end-of-day tasks diligently, including register reconciliation, store cleanliness, daily operations and preparation for the following day. Represent My Fit Foods at community events and marketing activations Build local relationships with gyms, apartments, and wellness partners Take part in ongoing leadership development and team mentorship Run regular performance check-ins with your leader to reinforce goals and self-accountability using clear, consistent communication What's In It for You Personal and professional skill development.
