UI/UX Designer Compensation:

$ 45 - 55 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Design user interfaces consistent with brand guidelines Collaborate with product managers and developers Plan and conduct usability testing sessions Maintain design systems and style guides Stay updated with latest design trends and tools

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience or equivalent 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience in a technology product environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
