• Job Description:

• Highland Hospital is seeking a part time Cardiac Sonographer to join the Red Creek Cardiology team.

Hours will be Monday- Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Qualified cardiac sonographers perform diagnostic examinations in an outpatient and inpatient setting which include: Transthoracic echocardiogram, Stress echocardiogram, Dobutamine stress echocardiogram and assists in transesophageal echocardiograms. Provides detailed analysis and preliminary reports. Cross training in vascular ultrasound as needed.

• Salary Range:

• $38.91- $47.48 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Education:

Fulfilled the educational requirements to be a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or registry eligible. Credentials received by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) also accepted. 2.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience preferred; 3-5 years of clinical experience highly desirable. 3.

License/Certification Required:

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RCDS) or registry eligible. Must become registered within 1 year of start date. 4.
