In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will help prevent incidents and respond effectively to any security concerns. This position offers an engaging opportunity to serve with integrity while developing valuable skills in security operations. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property to observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or safety violations. Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations with confidence and taking appropriate action in line with established protocols. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism attempts. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve security issues efficiently. Skills Must have an active guard card and prior experience.

Must be bilingual:

ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle tense situations calmly and professionally. Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and legal considerations relevant to security roles. Ability to perform physical patrols, including standing, walking, and observing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors.
