Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and identify potential hazards or unauthorized access. Control access points by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols, including providing first aid or CPR if needed. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to support ongoing security operations. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance. Enforce property rules and policies with professionalism, managing conflicts effectively through conflict management skills. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is preferred. Certification in first aid, CPR, or conflict management enhances your suitability for this role. Familiarity with security procedures, including access control and incident reporting, is advantageous. Strong observational skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for success in this position.
