Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain a secure environment using CCTV surveillance systems and physical patrols Conduct thorough inspections of visitors, employees, and contractors to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances with conflict management skills and escalate situations appropriately when necessary Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes Enforce site policies by verifying identification and access credentials for all personnel entering the premises Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activity and preventing theft or damage Support emergency response procedures by providing first aid or CPR when needed and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience with conflict management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Strong observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
