Duties Patrol designated areas regularly to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors through verification procedures Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents as needed Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields D License Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is a shared priority!
