Pennine strives to find a good work/ life balance for all employees therefore schedules will always be discussed in the interview. We are looking for a part time individual who can work a few hours each night and/or 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday Responsibilities Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client's organizations Conduct patrol rounds and inspections of the building and its equipment Secure all entry points during specific time period Monitor CCTV and card access systems Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies Provide assistance to people in need Submit electronic reporting of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Operate and maintain an organized front desk/ gatehouse environment (if the sire requires it) Provide accurate and detailed administrational work Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures Complete additional duties as assigned The Ideal candidate will possess: Valid D Security Guard License issued by the state of Florida (unarmed officer) High School diploma or GED is required Must possess a valid and active Drivers License if assigned to drive a motor vehicle to provide Security Guard services Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset) Team building mentality and the ability to inspire and lead within a team Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively. Exceptional report writing and communication skills Effective access control capabilities Computer literacy for digitalized tasks
