Your Role:

Assist residents to and from activities and help keep them engaged Pass ice water and help ensure residents stay hydrated Answer call lights and provide general assistance for resident comfort and safety Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, and social condition to nursing staff Support the nursing and activities teams in maintaining a positive, resident-centered environment Promote a safe, welcoming, and compassionate atmosphere throughout the facility Follow directions from nurses and activity staff to support resident needs

Who We're Looking For:
