Job Description

Hilltop is hiring for a Unit manager position here in Rutherfordton, NC. Be a part of the rising star in Skilled Nursing in Rutherford County. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work primarily day shift and as needed. (When in direct care) Fun Employee Engagement Activities Positive work environment Excellent Training Competitive Pay and Benefits Shift details: Daily hours could vary depending on acuity and staffing What you will do: Administer medications and document therapeutic effects as needed Help with daily clinical analysis of residents and direct staff care Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration) Report clinical findings immediately and assist towards reducing RTH Be capable of training staff and following up to ensure adhesion Collect samples and monitor catheters Monitor wound care and treatment aides Work closely with other nursing and cna staff to provide great care Work with DON, Admin and others to gauge clinical necessities to ensure that overall resident care and condition is kept at maximum What you need to have: Willingness to make a difference! Up to date first aid and CPR certification Current LPN/RN license in NC Exceptional staff training and customer service skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor Experience in a unit manager or charge nurse with proven results and references #HHR
