About the Role As a Universal Banker, you'll be supporting customers with everyday banking needs while building meaningful, long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is interested in growing a career in community banking. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and professionally. What You'll Do
  • Assist customers with account servicing, transactions, and banking solutions
  • Open new accounts and process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions
  • Educate customers on banking products and services based on individual needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Identify and escalate issues while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to meet service and performance goals What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience (banking or financial services preferred, but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn banking products, systems, and compliance requirements
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and adaptability What We Offer

Equal Opportunity Employer Pay:
