Then Fusion Bank is the right place for you! We love hiring enthusiastic learners and engaged minds! The Universal Banker will include a variety of customer-facing and internal activities. The primary focus will be on building and strengthening customer relations. You will solve problems for them while also educating them on the outstanding eBanking services Fusion Bank offers. You will become an expert on Fusion Bank products for both the Business and the Consumer customers. As your skills grow you will be trained on many of the bank operations procedures, learning a broad collection of internal activities. This allows you to contribute to the success of the bank on many levels while you get the opportunity to explore a variety of career paths along the way. Job Specific Responsibilities High Focus on
Customer Service:
Consistently delivers exceptional quality service with a professional and positive attitude while maintaining a cohesive team atmosphere. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the customers. Builds relationships with customers to meet financial needs Communicate effectively and confidently, and is comfortable engaging with all customers Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs Proficient with computers and technology Manages financial center customer visits and outbound calls effectively Follows established procedures and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations Manages cash responsibly Desired Qualifications Cash Handling - 1 year preferred Education - Associates, preferredJob Type:
