As a Universal Worker, you will be a key team member committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all residents. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Provide personal care and hygiene assistance with compassion and respect for resident dignity Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure health stability Assist with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring proper nutrition for residents' health needs Support residents' social engagement by facilitating activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning routines in resident rooms and common areas Document incidents, resident progress notes, and care activities thoroughly in compliance with facility policies Join us if you're passionate about caregiving!
