Years of Age or Older Shifts:

Wednesday - Sunday 9am-4:15pm (Eunice Walmart) Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting professional Security Officers with strong customer service skills and a commitment to safety and security. Must be able to stand/ walk for 8 hours consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular and random patrols of assigned premises Report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences Enforce property control procedures when necessary Document nightly operations and submit weekly reports Investigate breaches of property and policy violations Help prevent and deter crime through visible presence and proactive engagement

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Active cellphone Ability to pass a drug screen Must meet state licensing requirements and be able to obtain required Security Officer license (Armed or Unarmed, as applicable)

Physical & Mental Job Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and quickly during emergencies Ability to read and interpret written information Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required Ability to detect alarms, distress signals, and environmental hazards in noisy environments Must be able to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit for extended periods Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. waist high, if required Must be in good mental health and able to make immediate decisions during emergencies Must meet all state-required physical and mental licensing standards Reasonable accommodations will be considered and provided when possible.
