This role is suitable for someone passionate about hands-on work, with a focus on precision and craftsmanship. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, repair, or restore products. Ensure high standards of quality. Assist in manufacturing processes by assembling components according to specifications. Conduct boat restoration tasks, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of boats. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, sewing machines, and assembly processes. Knowledge of upholstery techniques and manufacturing practices is preferred. Experience in boat restoration or related fields is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with manufacturing or assembly lines is advantageous.
