Job Description

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis. Upholstery Floater must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations: Attention to detail. Ability to upholster tack boards or willingness to be trained. Glue booth operator. Willingness to cross train Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly. (Anything heavier requires assistance with lifting). Ability to use a computer. Learn how to operate the C-Gex machine. Spring up.
