Job Requirements Starting Pay Rate:

$16.50 hourly Swing shift Join our incredible team at Upstate Tavern! Be part of a high-energy environment where delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of everything we do. You'll keep the restaurant running smoothly by monitoring the flow, greeting guests with enthusiasm as they arrive, and sending them off with a warm thank you. In Your Day-to-Day as a Host, you will: Ensure all guests are seated in a timely manner. Greet every guest with a smile. Inform the guest(s) of his/her Food Server by name. Maintain constant awareness of table availability in designated area. Thank guest for patronage and welcome them back.

Work Experience To be successful as a Host, you'll need: Previous Host experience (preferred). Excellent communication skills . Organization and multitasking skills. To be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds.
