The assignment involves providing urgent care services in a busy outpatient setting, with a schedule built around a rotating full-time model that includes weekend shifts. The work includes managing a diverse patient population across all ages, performing minor procedures, and supporting occupational medicine needs.

Altus, OK Schedule:

Full-time, rotating schedule with 36-42 hours per week, including every other weekend

Assignment Length:

8-13 weeks, starting 05/18/2026, ending 07/31/2026

Setting:

Urgent Care clinic open 7 days/week, with extended hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Mon-Sat, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Sun)

Locum Tenens Clinical Scope:

Manage a patient volume of 20-30 patients daily Provide care for all ages, including minor procedures and occupational medicine Support DOT-certified patients (preferred) Contribute to a team with strong on-site support staff and one additional provider at all times

Requirements:

Oklahoma state license Open to new graduates Experience with minor procedures and occupational medicine DOT certification preferred
