12‑hour shifts during the week with shorter 8-hour shifts on the weekends; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM Mon
- Fri and 8:00AM
- 4:00PM Sat
Sun Compensation:
$65- 80/hour (based on experience) + bonus

$5000.00 Position Summary We are seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our team in Eden, NC . This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast‑paced, well‑supported urgent care environment. Clinicians at NextCare enjoy true work-life balance , including no after‑hours tasks, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Our full‑time schedules are designed, so clinicians are off more days than they work. You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real‑time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low‑acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable) Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted North Carolina license for NP | PA Board certification or eligibility, as applicablePA:
