You will rotate between Stopwatch Urgent Care clinics in the Auburn, Phenix City, and surrounding Alabama communities. Why providers choose

Pay and Schedule Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials Rotating 3-4 schedule: three 12-hour shifts one week, four the next Mileage reimbursement for travel between clinics Productivity incentives above base pay No on-call Rotating weekends with schedules published in advance Self-scheduling system with extra shifts available at time-and-a-half What You Will Do Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries in a walk-in urgent care setting Perform procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and point-of-care lab studies Prescribe medications and educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care Complete all documentation same-day in the Experity EMR Collaborate with on-site clinical and administrative teams across multiple clinic locations How the Float Role Works You will be assigned to Stopwatch Urgent Care clinics within the Alabama region based on scheduling needs. Your schedule and assigned clinic location are published in advance, and mileage reimbursement covers travel between locations. Average patient volume is 3-4 patients per hour across fully equipped clinics with on-site diagnostics and established clinical protocols.
Qualifications Required:
Licensed MD or DO in Alabama (or eligible for AL licensure) Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine Current BLS and ACLS certifications 2+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience Willing to travel between clinic locations within the Alabama region
Preferred:
