Job Summary:

As a Permanent RN in Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for providing care and support to women during childbirth and the postpartum period. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Monitor and assess the health of both mother and baby throughout the labor and delivery process Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques as needed Assist with the delivery of the baby and provide immediate postpartum care Educate new mothers on breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum recovery Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications and Skills:
