5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise application programs Strong expertise in structured requirements documentation, including: User stories Use cases Acceptance criteria Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) Experience facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency with requirements and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Nice-to-Have Qualifications Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Background in cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or identity governance Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling tools Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Secrets Management, or related identity security domains Master s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
