  • is responsible for end-to-end ownership of onboarding and capability development programs across both salaried leaders and hourly associates in the Fulfillment and Reverse network.
This role defines, builds, and scales structured learning systems that ensure all associates—hourly and salaried—are prepared to execute safely, efficiently, and consistently from day one. This leader operates as the central owner of workforce capability and readiness, ensuring onboarding and training programs are aligned to operational standards, tools, and evolving business needs. They design scalable, role-based learning experiences that translate standards into practical execution, reduce variability, and accelerate time-to-productivity across Fulfillment and Reverse network. Additionally, this role establishes mechanisms to measure training effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and continuously improve performance outcomes across the network.
