Full-Time Join Our Growing Dealership Team! We are a fast-paced, high-volume automotive dealership looking for an experienced Used Car Manager who lives and breathes the car business. If you have a proven track record of buying 25-50 vehicles per week, running a full buying center, and maximizing inventory profitability, we want to talk to you. This is a hands-on leadership role that directly impacts our dealership's success. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Lead the entire Buying Center

• oversee daily operations, strategy, and performance Purchase 25-50 quality used vehicles per week through auctions, trade-ins, and direct buys Manage all trade-ins
• appraise, negotiate, and process incoming vehicles quickly and accurately Run and optimize auction activity
• attend physical and online auctions, build strong dealer relationships Direct and develop a team of buyers reporting directly to you Partner with the Desk Manager to stay ahead of what banks are buying and financing trends Collaborate daily with Sales Managers and the Service Manager to evaluate reconditioning needs and determine retail vs.

wholesale value on every vehicle Own all auction relationships and arbitrations

• resolve issues quickly to protect margins and maintain strong auction standing What We're Looking For (Requirements) Must be deeply experienced in the car business
