In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and preparing used vehicles to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle is thoroughly reconditioned, safe, reliable, and visually appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, including GM models, utilizing your cosmetic skills and automotive knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Duties Perform comprehensive inspections of used vehicles to identify necessary repairs and cosmetic reconditioning needs. Conduct dent removal, preparing, and painting panels. Maintain vehicle maintenance records and document all repair work accurately. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in vehicle dent and rim repair, bondo prepping, sanding, painting and buffing Experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively about repairs and vehicle condition. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
