  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales team.

Responsibilities Lead and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through effective coaching and support. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients, utilizing multiple outbound sales techniques. Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Oversee inventory management daily. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring high-end sales standards while upselling additional services or vehicle features. Maintain excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and professional communication to represent the dealership positively across all channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that boost retail sales and enhance brand visibility. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, automotive regulations, and safety standards while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales management or a similar retail environment with a focus on used vehicles. Strong background in outside sales, negotiation, B2B sales, and outbound calling strategies. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals. Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software and inventory control systems. Knowledge of retail math, automotive inventory management, and dealership operations is essential. Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence. Ability to lead a team with strong motivational skills while supporting individual development efforts. Familiarity with marketing techniques that drive high-end sales and upselling opportunities.
