$19.00 per hour8:00 AM - 4:30 PM26-05098Job SummaryThe Material Handler I is responsible for supporting inventory control, receiving, shipping, and stockroom operations within a manufacturing environment. This role manages material transactions, inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, and ERP system processing while ensuring timely support for internal production and external customer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport receiving, stockroom, inventory, and shipping operationsAccurately pull and issue materials from stock to support production requirementsReceive incoming materials from vendors into ERP systemsProcess receipt of repair units and inventory transactions within ERP systemsPrepare and ship finished goods to customers and in-process materials to outside vendorsVerify counts, serial numbers, packaging methods, documentation, shipping methods, and shipment destinationsGenerate and verify shipping documentation and invoices using ERP and document management systemsSupport inventory accuracy through cycle counting and material transfer activitiesMaintain hazardous material shipping certification requirements and labeling proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsProvide support to internal and external customers as neededJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to read, understand, and follow product specifications, drawings, and work orders in EnglishStrong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and shipping processesAbility to stand, bend, twist, and lift or move up to 40 pounds throughout the workdayAbility to work effectively in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipMust meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. personPosition is subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements due to Repair Station certification guidelinesWork ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferredERP system experience preferredExperience with Excel, Oracle, WMS, freight systems, UPS shipping systems, or related software preferredPrevious experience within manufacturing or assembly operations preferredAbout EquiliemEquiliem believes in empowering success.
