Helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. Ensuring timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitoring and resolving order issues and processing errors. Providing training and subject matter expertise on the system and process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Language Skills Must have good English verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. Professional phone etiquette, attitude and demeanor. Comfortable speaking with customers and field sales. Mathematical Skills Proficiency in basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Reasoning Ability Must be able to handle multiple tasks under sometimes stressful conditions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn and adapt to new computer software. Ability and willingness to learn new software programs. Physical Demands Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position. PPE Requirements No PPE required unless in the manufacturing facility, then safety glasses should be worn in required areas.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
