Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Utility Operator working the 2nd shift! In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring smooth operations across various machinery and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards, optimize workflow, and support our commitment to manufacturing excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hands-on work, this is your opportunity to contribute to a thriving facility where safety, precision, and teamwork are our top priorities. Once trained hours will be Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 3:30 am, with occasional overtime on Friday during our busy season. Responsibilities Operate and monitor a variety of manufacturing equipment including bagging line, forklift and front-end loader to ensure efficient production. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling tools to support assembly lines and fabrication processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Requirements Proven factory experience with knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, or assembly. Familiarity with industrial equipment such as bagging lines. Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or factory setting. Strong knowledge of materials handling, quality control procedures, and safety standards. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
