Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Utility Solar Technician to join our dynamic renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility-scale solar power systems. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of solar infrastructure, supporting our mission to deliver clean, sustainable energy. Duties Install, inspect, and maintain high voltage and low voltage electrical systems in solar power facilities. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately perform installations and repairs. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively on construction sites. Perform fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and electrical connections for solar arrays and related infrastructure. Support construction activities by coordinating with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards. Work with

Skills Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems with experience in solar or commercial electrical projects. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety procedures for electrical work at utility scale sites. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including forklifts. Construction site experience with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship. Pay:
$23.00 - $38.00 per hour
