Job description Start ASAP. Utility Workers - 2 Shifts. on Bus Line. Urgent Need (Weekend & Weekday Availability Needed). SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking Utility workers and FSW workers to join our team in Albany, NY, and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers. Utility Job Overview As a Utility Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the location (more details upon interview). You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the premises. Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, events, and company functions. Monitor and restock supplies in various areas, including restrooms and breakrooms. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department. Assist in basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs. Support facility security by ensuring all doors and windows are properly secured at the end of each workday. Adhere to health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment as required. Collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

Must have weekend availability. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or related roles is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Reliable and punctual.

FSW Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of the food service establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting in the preparation and distribution of food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare a variety of food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. Handle food safely and hygienically, following all health and safety guidelines and regulations. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, coffee machines, and microwaves. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Ensure that food presentation is appealing and meets established standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service. Assist in the setup and breakdown of serving stations, buffets, and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and providing change.
