This role focuses on interior/exterior painting, general cleaning, and light repairs, requiring an individual who is comfortable working autonomously to ensure high facility standards. 7 pm until 4:30 am,

Painting & Surface Prep:

Prepare, paint, and touch up interior walls, trim, and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Patch, spackle, and sand wall surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.

Cleaning & Janitorial:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and deep clean floors, hallways, and common areas. Sanitize restrooms and kitchens and stock supplies as needed.

Light Maintenance & Repairs:

Replace light bulbs and fixtures. Perform minor repairs, including fixing broken locks, repairing drywall, and patching holes.

Independent Operations:

Self-manage daily tasks based on overall priorities rather than minute-by-minute supervision. Proactively identify repair needs and report them, rather than waiting for instructions.

Safety & Organization:

Maintain, organize, and inventory cleaning and maintenance supplies. Ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly and maintained in good working condition Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 60 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.67 - $16.67 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
