• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Demonstrated experience working with senior government officials to define and manage processes related to targeting activities
• Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience coordinating activities across large customer organizations and external stakeholders
• Ability to support and facilitate technical exchange meetings
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Full Scope Poly Required Qualifications:

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Experience with next-generation technology
• Strong documentation and writing skills, including drafting formal communications such as cables
• Solid understanding of policies and regulatory frameworks within the customer environment
• Established relationships and strong connectivity across the enterprise

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 10 years (Associate's degree with 14 years or High School diploma with 16 years also accepted)
• 12+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
• 5+ years of experience in technical systems integration, project management, and/or targeting
