Community Manager We are looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with others in a fast paced environment. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal and computer skills. Position Description The Leasing Representative is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures. Provides high quality resident service and conveys resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other service associates. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Qualifications :
High School diploma required. Experience in customer service, marketing and sales highly preferred. Experience with computers and basic
Microsoft Programs Other Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Frequently is required to stand; walk; and use hands to maneuver, handle, or feel objects, or tools. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job involve normal vision. Problem solving abilities are required. Time management skills are necessary. Must be able to operate a scanner/copier, alarm system, and check scanner. Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail and a familiarity with the Internet required. Reliable transportation required. Availability for weekend and holiday work required. Compensation Pay based on experience. Background and drug testing are required for qualified candidates. EOE
