Quality Training Manager

Description Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or the ability to obtain it within 180 days of contract award.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of quality auditors and tutors responsible for all audit and training activities. Develop, implement, and monitor internal procedures to ensure compliance with Government policies and regulations. Oversee quality control operations across task areas and ensure documentation standards are met. Coordinate operational and administrative activities that support overall mission success.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Demonstrated expertise in managing quality control operations in a regulated environment. Strong ability to develop and enforce internal procedures aligned with Government‑mandated standards. Knowledge of operational coordination, administrative workflow management, and quality improvement practices.

Background Investigation:

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
