Vacant Missing Bills Specialists ensure expected vacant bills are received in a timely manner and recover any that are missing. ResponsibilitiesInvestigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrievedEnsure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant unitsCommunicate with utility providers through phone calls and emailsEngage in some written client communication for diverse purposesConfirm mailing addresses and account detailsRecover any missing vacant billsAssist in recovering all missing bills in billing historyPrevent late fees and utility disconnects where possiblePreferred SkillsClear and professional written and verbal communicationAttention to detailAble to quickly learn and adapt to new computer softwareSelf-motivated to find the "why" behind the problemInterested in exceeding expectationsPrioritize time effectively to complete workload and achieve goalsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma
