Valet Key Attendant

Overview Valet Key Attendant As a Valet Key Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing efficient and courteous valet services. Responsibilities Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles Promptly issues valet claim ticket. Retains departmental valet claim ticket and ensures return of guest's portion of valet claim ticket Ensures accountability of all tickets. Immediately reports variance to supervisor Ensures that all keys are logged, pulled and placed on the window ledge in the order that they were time and date stamped Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately Qualifications Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles What we offer you: Multiple benefit plans to suit your needs Paid Time Off 401K Opportunities for advancement Positive and respectful work environment where diversity is valued Generous employee discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotels Community volunteer opportunities
