Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking vehicles using parking procedures, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary Safely transport luggage, packages, and guest belongings to and from vehicles or designated areas with care and professionalism Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Manage cash handling duties related to valet services, including processing payments accurately and maintaining receipts Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring all equipment and signage are in proper condition Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle retrievals and guest requests promptly Assist with other hospitality tasks such as delivering amenities or supporting event setups as needed Skills Strong guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members Experience driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars, with safe driving practices Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures Previous experience in hospitality, dealership, or retail environments is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving a diverse clientele Reliable cash handling skills combined with attention to detail in record keeping This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing outstanding service.
