The home is more than a place - it's the center of health, care coordination, and Meaningful Moments that transform lives._ The Value Strategy & Enablement Leader is accountable for designing and enabling organic growth initiatives that increase market penetration, expand service offerings, and improve the effectiveness and productivity of field‑based growth teams and closely aligned client lifecycle and service roles. This role translates growth strategy into execution by leading research, building decision‑ready business cases, and developing growth enablement platforms—including messaging, tools, and digital experiences—that connect talent with practical resources, insights, and training. As a key contributor to the Growth & Performance team, the Value Strategy & Enablement Leader operates cross‑functionally with local market leadership, enterprise teams, and external partners.

  • Compensation range of $125,000 - $155,000 based on experience
  • Responsibilities
  • What You'll Do:
  • Business Line Expansion Research & Business Case Development
  • + Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of expansion opportunities across new programs, business lines, and services + Develop data-driven, decision-ready business cases aligned to enterprise growth priorities and informed by market, financial, and operational insights + Synthesize market opportunity, operational readiness, financial return, and execution risk to inform leadership decision-making and investment prioritization •Growth Enablement Leadership in Priority Segments•+ Serve as the growth enablement lead for assigned segments, business lines, and strategic programs (e.
g., Veterans, Private Pay) + Partner closely with Business Line Practice Leaders and Regional Growth Leaders to drive aligned execution across prioritized segments + Lead efforts to ensure national growth strategies are effectively operationalized at the market level, incorporating local dynamics and feedback + Influence segment-level strategy and execution priorities through insights, performance data, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Selling Tools & Growth Enablement Platforms
  • + Lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of selling assets used by growth teams, including: + Value propositions and messaging frameworks + Audience segmentation, profiles, and use cases + Proof points grounded in data and measurable outcomes + Ensure teams have access to actionable analytics and enablement resources to deliver compelling, tailored narratives across levels (National, Market, Program, Partner) + Design and implement scalable enablement tools and content management approaches that drive adoption, consistency, and efficiency + Establish and support governance frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, brand standards, and payor/referral expectations + Drive the evolution of enablement capabilities toward: + Market- and location-specific messaging + Alignment with differentiated service offerings + Materials that support training, live selling, and late-stage conversion + Provide leaders with tools and frameworks to support sales planning, territory design, goal setting, and performance management, aligned to enterprise priorities + Lead and facilitate cross-market initiatives, workshops, and forums that promote collaboration, capability building, and best practice sharing •Localized Web Experience & Digital Execution•+ Oversee the administration and optimization of local and state-level web presence to ensure accuracy, compliance, and conversion effectiveness + Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across websites, digital marketing, call tracking, and CRM systems to support data integrity, attribution, and performance insights + Identify opportunities to enhance digital engagement and conversion performance through continuous improvement and data-driven insights •Qualifications•

  • Education & Experience
  • + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred + 5+ years of experience driving growth across sales enablement, strategy, partnerships, marketing, product, or business leadership roles + Proven experience working across enterprise and field‑based operating models + Experience in homecare is valuable but not required
