Job Duties:
LVN and RN.
Direct Care Teams:
 Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
Administer Medications:
 Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
Implement Care Plans:
 Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
Perform Treatments:
 Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
Transcribe Orders:
 Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
Document Resident Care:
 Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
Collaborate During Shift Reports:
 Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
Educate Support Staff:
 Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
Maintain Safety Standards:
 Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
Address Staffing Needs:
 Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary. Requirements /
Qualifications:
Required Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing. Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks
Job Duties:
CMA Administer Medications:
Dispense prescribed PO, topical (unbroken skin), and rectal medications per physician's orders and company policy.
Monitor and Report:
Watch for and report any adverse medication reactions or changes in resident status.
Document Accurately:
Record all medication administration in compliance with policies.
Ensure Safety:
Maintain control of the medication cart and ensure a safe, hazard-free environment.
Protect Privacy:
Safeguard the confidentiality of resident information. Adhere to
Infection Control:
Follow all infection control procedures during medication administration.
Report Errors:
Immediately report any medication errors to the Charge Nurse. Requirements /
Qualifications:
Holds a current Texas Medication Aide certification. Has experience and competence in medication administration procedures. Communicates clearly and demonstrates patience, discipline, and professionalism. Pays close attention to detail and ensures accurate documentation.
Job Duties:
CNA for a 100 bed Nursing Home. Accountable for personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, catheter care, and dressing), and observation of residents within patient care policy guidelines. Identify and report any condition requiring management attention. Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in the resident room. Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics. Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned. Routinely turn and position patients. Perform a range of motion and reality orientation with residents as directed. Requirements /
Qualifications:
Required CNA
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from State.
Ability to record information and perform technical procedures. Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience. Genuine care for and interest in patients. Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities. Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures. Zero experience as Nursing Aides, Orderlies, and Attendants; personal and Home Care Aides. Required High School Diploma/GED. Computer skills (Data Entry, Email, Internet, and Personal Computers) English
  • Good (read, write, speak) Must be at least 18 or older due to State Regulated No Felonies.

Maintain Cleanliness:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards.

Qualifications:
Can follow menus and recipes to consistently produce high-quality meals. Ensures meals are prepared and served on time. Adapts easily to changing tasks and kitchen needs. Works well in a team and can step into a leadership role when needed.

Housekeeping Clean Resident and Facility Areas:
Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
