Mechanical Piping & Plumbing Designer Our client is seeking a Mechanical Piping & Plumbing Designer to join their growing engineering and design team. This position will focus on commercial and industrial piping/plumbing system design, coordination, and project support within a collaborative team environment. Position Responsibilities Design and coordinate mechanical piping and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects Develop detailed construction drawings and layouts Work closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams throughout project execution Perform equipment and piping layouts using AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, or related software platforms Assist with project coordination, clash detection, and model reviews Support project documentation, submittals, and revisions Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to ensure project accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Experience in Mechanical Piping and/or Plumbing Design required Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects preferred Proficiency with: AutoCAD Revit Plant 3D CADWorx Navisworks Bluebeam (or similar platforms) Understanding of piping systems, plumbing systems, and construction coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Process piping or heavy industrial experience is a plus Preferred Background Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds including: Mechanical Piping Design Plumbing Design Process Piping Industrial Design HVAC/Mechanical Design Coordination or detailing environments What Our Client Offers Competitive compensation package Strong benefits package with 401K and Match Long-term career growth opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented environment Stable company culture with long-term project backlog Opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects Additional Information Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate All inquiries will remain confidential Salary flexible dependant on experience Please reach out to Jennifer.
