Vehicle Patrol Officer

Next Week Duties:

Part time only must live close by Three patrols thoughout the night. First one around 10pm, last one around 6am

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner while on patrol
• Conduct regular and radom patrols and of the property to ensure the safety and security of all occupants
• Enforce property rules and regulations, addressing any violations or disturbances
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols
• Monitor and report all parking infractions.
• Lock up common areas at closing time
• Fill out daily logs with pitcures

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR

• Possess a valid guard
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
