Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as a Vehicle Sales Specialist, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and guide clients through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Your passion our products combined with exceptional communication skills will help build lasting relationships and elevate the customer experience. This paid position offers a vibrant environment for motivated individuals eager to excel in ATV/Side by Side sales and finance. Duties Engage with potential customers through walk-ins and internet leads and to generate and expand the sales pipeline Conduct compelling vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and available options to meet customer needs Navigate terms, pricing, and financing options to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate vehicle availability information Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages to maximize sales opportunities Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on customer experience. Strong communication abilities Demonstrated success in sales and building long-term customer relationships Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively Experience in dealership environments or automotive sales is highly desirable Outstanding phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and customer service orientation Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales efforts, and upselling strategies confidently Knowledge of automotive industry trends, marketing techniques, and inventory control practices Join us if you're passionate about Off Road Vehicles, driven by results, and eager to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
