Vendor Relations Coordinator A Taste of Your Town, LLC Broomall, PA Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $50,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Google Workspace Sourcing Customer service Records management Attention to detail Full Job Description A Taste of Your Town, LLC Position Overview A Taste of Your Town, LLC is seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented Food Vendor Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of food festivals and community events. This role is responsible for sourcing and managing food vendors, ensuring all event requirements and deadlines are met, and providing on-site operational support during events. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, comfortable using social media for outreach, and able to manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced event environment. Key Responsibilities Vendor Outreach & Procurement Research, identify, and recruit new food vendors for upcoming events Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective vendors Maintain vendor databases and records Vendor Administration & Data Entry Enter and maintain accurate vendor information, applications, contracts, and payment records Track vendor documentation and ensure records are up to date Organize vendor files and spreadsheets for internal event management Permitting & Compliance Assist vendors with obtaining required Health Department, Fire Department, and City permits Communicate permitting requirements and deadlines clearly to vendors Coordinate with local municipalities and agencies as needed Ensure all vendor compliance documents are submitted before events Vendor Communication & Deadline Management Ensure vendors meet all required deadlines, including: Menu submissions Booth fee payments Permit submissions Staff lists Insurance certificates Event paperwork Send reminders and follow-ups to vendors regarding outstanding items Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor questions and support Social Media & Promotional Support Monitor vendor participation in event promotion efforts Ensure vendors are actively promoting events on their social media accounts Encourage vendor engagement and cross-promotion to increase event attendance Event Day Operations Check vendors in on-site during event setup Verify vendor placement and operational readiness Ensure vendors follow event protocols, safety guidelines, and operational procedures Assist with resolving vendor-related issues during events Coordinate with event staff and management to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using social media platforms for outreach and engagement Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, food festivals, or vendor management is preferred Preferred Skills Experience working with permits or regulatory compliance Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM systems Customer service and conflict resolution experience Knowledge of food truck or food festival operations is a plus Compensation & Schedule Part-time or Full-time opportunities available Compensation based on experience Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing event company About A Taste of Your Town, LLC A Taste of Your Town, LLC produces exciting food festivals and community events that bring together local food vendors, small businesses, and communities through memorable culinary experiences.
