JDECFS is a national construction and facilities company specializing in multi unit commercial restaurant and retail repair, maintenance, and construction.
Job Overview:
The Vendor Relations Coordinator plays a key support role in helping our internal teams quickly source and onboard subcontractors. This position primarily supports the Sales team by identifying subcontractors for new client locations. Additionally, this role will be assisting Project and Facilities Coordinators for urgent service needs. This is an entry-level, in-office role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify subcontractors to support Sales team needs across new client locations (primary focus)
  • Assist Project and Facilities Coordinators in quickly finding subcontractors for urgent or emergency service requests
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding
  • Qualify new subcontractors by gathering basic information, confirming availability, and validating licenses and insurance.
  • Maintain and update vendor information in internal systems (Salesforce/MyWork or similar)
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand vendor needs and timelines
  • Help track vendor outreach and follow-ups to ensure requests are completed
  • Support general administrative tasks related to vendor coordination and operations
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of administrative, coordination, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and responsive approach
Preferred:
  • Experience in construction, facilities, or service-based industries
  • Experience working with vendors, scheduling, or coordination tasks
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
