00/hour | Part-Time | Seasonal | Sutter Creek, CA We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Venue Assistant to help prepare and present our wedding and event venue for a great guest experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with variable hours centered around weekends and event days. What You'll Do Open and prepare the venue for wedding and event days Set up and break down tables and chairs for events Maintain and clean the grounds and key venue areas, including tables & chairs Support setup before the Venue Host arrives Welcome vendors and direct them to appropriate areas Assist with guest arrival flow and occasional parking support Greet prospective clients for tours and walkthroughs Assist with closing duties and cleanup as needed Typical Schedule Thursday

• Sunday (variable & occasional weekdays) Morning shifts: 9:30 AM
• 1:00 PM (most common) Early shifts: as early as 6:45 AM Evening shifts (variable): 8:00 PM
• 11:00 PM (closing support) Hours vary based on the event calendar What We're Looking For Reliable with strong weekend availability Comfortable on your feet and working outdoors Friendly and professional with guests, vendors, and clients Detail-oriented and able to work independently Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service a plus To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your availability.
