This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role for someone who loves the craft of local marketing and knows Dallas inside and out. You will own day-to-day marketing execution at venue level, working closely with the General Manager and venue team to drive footfall, awareness, and revenue. You will be supported by Global Marketing and a social and influencer agency, with a clear brief to be the connector between local community and brand. This role is perfect for a marketing generalist who is relatively early in their career but ready to own something. You do not need to have done everything before, but you do need to be willing to roll your sleeves up, move fast, and be as comfortable chatting to a local soccer club as you are pulling together a weekly report. Key Responsibilities Local Marketing and Community Own and deliver the marketing calendar for TOCA Social Dallas, aligned to commercial targets and venue programming. Build and maintain relationships with local soccer clubs, leagues, schools, and community organisations across the Dallas area. Identify and activate partnerships with local businesses, sports teams, and events that drive footfall and brand awareness. Be present at the venue and act as an ambassador for the brand in the local market. Support the GM and venue team on in-venue promotional activity. Social Media and Content Support the social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, working alongside the social agency who leads on content capture and production, and the global Social and Content Manager who provides creative direction. Build and develop relationships with local influencers, creators, and brand advocates, encouraging tagged content and organic amplification in the Dallas market. Identify local trends, cultural moments, and community opportunities and feed these into the social agency. Help coordinate in-venue content days and creator visits, acting as the local point of contact on the ground. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand voice and visual identity to ensure local activity stays on brand. Influencers and PR Own local influencer relationships, working with the social agency to brief, host, and sign off on creator content. Proactively identify and develop relationships with Dallas-based creators, sports personalities, and community figures who can authentically represent the brand. Support Global Head of Comms on local PR activity, including press listings, media outreach, and any local press or community coverage. Serve as the main marketing contact for the venue team, ensuring timely delivery of assets and promotional materials. Have visibility of the paid digital strategy and be able to speak to the wider marketing plan, while execution sits within the global team. CRM and Reporting Own the CRM content for TOCA Social Dallas, including planning and writing local email marketing, working with Global Marketing who will manage the technical build, automations, and tracking. Ensure CRM activity is localised, timely, and tied to what is happening at the venue. Track and report on key marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Use data and insight to make agile decisions and optimise local activity. Maintain a close working relationship with the GM to ensure all marketing activity is tied directly to venue performance. Qualifications and Experience Deep knowledge of
Dallas:
its neighbourhoods, communities, sports culture, and social scene. This is non-negotiable. A genuine interest in soccer. You do not need to be a coach, but you need to care about the game and understand the local soccer landscape. Experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or a comparable socialising environment, either in marketing or in venue operations.A marketing generalist background:
comfortable across social media, content creation, local partnerships, and community outreach. We are looking for attitude, energy, and local knowledge. Someone who takes initiative, brings ideas, and gets things done. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to represent the brand externally. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace. Comfortable working flexibly across venue hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Competitive socialising, food and beverage, or sports entertainment experience is a strong plus. Working Arrangements This role is flexible across in-venue, home, and wherever the business needs you to be. We are not looking for someone who needs to be told where to sit or when to show up. We need someone who sets their own schedule, proactively drives activity, and takes full ownership of their time. What matters is results. You will naturally spend meaningful time at TOCA Social Dallas, building relationships with the team, supporting events, and staying close to what is happening at the venue.EVERYBODY PLAYS.
If you love Dallas, love soccer, and want to be part of building something exciting from the ground up, we want to hear from you.Similar jobs in The Colony, TX
